These Terms of Use govern your use of this Tequila Fest website, which currently collects Tequila Fest 2027 Early Access List signups for cities where Tequila Fest already takes place (currently New York City and Atlanta) and city votes for potential new expansion cities. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to these terms.

No ticket sale, no event guarantee
Dates, venues, lineups and ticket prices for Tequila Fest 2027 have not been announced, including for cities where Tequila Fest already takes place. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell tickets, and no purchase can be made here. Voting for an expansion city does not guarantee that Tequila Fest will hold an event in that city, or on any particular date.
Early Access
Early Access means members of the Early Access List for an announced city will be given the opportunity to purchase tickets at discounted Early Access pricing before general public pricing opens. Discount amounts, on-sale dates, ticket quantities, ticket types and which cities receive an Early Access window are determined by Tequila Fest at its sole discretion, may be limited in quantity or time, and may change or be withdrawn. Joining the list does not reserve a ticket.
Voting rules
- One person counts as one vote, identified by email address and phone number.
- Submitting again updates your existing vote — including changing your city — rather than adding a second vote.
- You agree to submit accurate information and to use a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
- Automated, scripted, bulk or fraudulent submissions are prohibited. Submissions are rate limited, and we may remove entries we believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Communications
Submitting the form joins your selected city's Early Access email list, as described above the submit button and in the Privacy Policy. Marketing text messages require the separate optional SMS opt-in described in the SMS Terms. SMS consent is not required to vote, to join the Early Access List, or to make any purchase.
Eligibility
The site is intended for people of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. Any event attendance will be subject to age verification and the venue's rules at that time.
Intellectual property
The Tequila Fest name, logo, imagery and site content are owned by the operator or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may share links to this page.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or from any change to, delay in or cancellation of announced or unannounced events or Early Access offers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Governing jurisdiction pending verification — not yet published, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
